At Repgro Real Estate Professional Guidance & Research Organization (“we”, “us”, “our”), we aim to deliver transparent and high-quality educational publications and training programs. Please review our specific refund and return terms:
1. Physical Books (Return & Replacement)
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a book that is physically damaged during transit, misprinted, or incorrect, you must report it to support@repgro.org within 48 hours of delivery along with your order details and clear photos/videos of the defect.
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will dispatch a free replacement copy at no extra shipping cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a 100% refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Cancellations Prior to Dispatch: You may cancel a physical book order within 12 hours of placing it (or before courier dispatch) for a full refund. Dispatched books cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind.
2. Live Workshops & Webinars (Cancellations)
- Advance Cancellation (48-Hour Notice): If you request a cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the live session, you will receive a full 100% refund.
- Late Cancellations & Missed Attendance: Cancellations requested within 48 hours of the workshop start time or failure to attend the live session are strictly non-refundable as seat capacity is reserved in advance. However, upon written request prior to the session, you may be permitted to transfer your registration to the next upcoming batch (subject to management discretion).
- Organizer Cancellation: If a workshop is cancelled or postponed indefinitely by Repgro, all registered participants will receive an immediate 100% refund.
3. Recorded Training Videos & Digital Courses
- Because recorded modules and digital training frameworks are made accessible immediately upon payment, all purchases of recorded courses and digital downloads are strictly non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing Timelines
- Approved refund requests are processed within 2 business days of confirmation.
- Refunded amounts are automatically credited back to your original payment source (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) within 5 to 7 business days, in accordance with standard banking and payment gateway settlement cycles.
